King County Executive Ron Sims took his turn stumping for passage of Ref. 51, the highway funding bill, at yesterday's breakfast meeting of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, a quintessential example of preaching to the choir.
Gov. Gary Locke delivered the same message to the same group a month ago -- and boy what a difference speaking style can make.
