Things are getting hot down in Lacey, where the words "land grab" are frequently heard. Any doubt about Thurston County becoming the next big thing in warehousing ended long ago. Now speculation has turned to who the players will be.
There is plenty of talk about who's lining up to buy two approximately 160-acre parcels next to Target's massive distribution center. If the rumors are right, it's two different buyers.
