CB Richard Ellis Senior Vice President Jon Hallgrimson and First Vice President Frank Bosl's hold on a trio of coveted multifamily price records will be broken if the rumored sale of the swanky Carillon Heights in Kirkland goes through.
Earlier this year, Hallgrimson and Bosl negotiated the $26 million sale of Cliffside, a 279-unit Mount Rainier-view property in Gig Harbor on a bluff overlooking Puget Sound. That worked out to nearly $93,190 per unit the highest recorded price for a Pierce County rental property.
