If you want to rile up developer A.M. Clise, mention Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels' proposal to make developers who want to construct taller downtown highrises meet basic LEED standards.
"I think it's wrong and I don't like it," says Clise, chairman and CEO of Clise Properties, the longtime Seattle development company started in 1889 by his great-grandfather who arrived in town the day after downtown burned to the ground.
