Real Estate Buzz: Schnitzer's first condos in Seattle under way

Schnitzer Northwest LLC started construction this month on the 214-unit Gallery and the 141-unit Brix condos, the Bellevue-based company's first Seattle residential projects.
They are two of three condo developments the firm plans for the city near-term. It also intends to build an apartment or condo project in Ballard. And condos are included in its Bravern development in Bellevue.
