Real Estate Buzz: Is Microsoft looking for Seattle space again?

On the heels of Amazon.com's mega deal at 1918 Eighth Avenue, there are rumors of another big Seattle office lease. This time it's the big kahuna, Microsoft, which is said to be looking for space here partly because tolls are coming to the 520 bridge.
We first heard about it a couple of weeks ago, but the source was clear that he was just speculating. After Microsoft and its broker, Dwight Newell of CB Richard Ellis, declined to comment, we dropped it.
