On the Block: City's first Living Building apartments: 42 zero-net units planned in Fremont
The developers of a housing project at 3825 Bridge Way N. will have their final design review meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, June 5 at Good Shepherd Center, 4649 Sunnyside Ave. N.
The unnamed 42-unit apartment building is a joint venture between Shilshole Development, which will act as general contractor, and property owner Russell’s Fifth Avenue Inc. The latter is a family company, founded by the late real estate investor Russell Young (1904-1998), which has owned the property for decades.
