On the Block: LIHI moving HQ to ID, selling Belltown site
The Low Income Housing Institute is planning to build 69 permanently affordable housing units on a site at 1253 S. Jackson St., but this project will have something extra: a new headquarters for the nonprofit developer.
LIHI will show initial plans next Tuesday for the project. The early design guidance meeting is set for 8 p.m. at the Rainier Arts Center, 3515 S. Alaska St.
