The corner property at 303 Battery St. hasn't sold yet, but it's poised to be the home of Seattle's second — and largest — project by CollinsWoerman's prefab design division, Sustainable Living Innovations.
A land-use application was filed this week for the 15-story, 112-unit residential tower, which passed successfully through design review last year.
