On the Block: From 'Hotel Hell' to safer hands?
The nearly century-old former Monticello Hotel, at 1405 17th Ave. in downtown Longview, sold earlier this month for a little over $8.2 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which brokered both sides of the deal and issued a press release. The unnamed sellers were represented by the M&M team of Ryan Dinius, Sidney Warsinske, Philip Assouad and Giovanni Napoli. The unnamed buyer's broker was George Miller, also of M&M.
