At this moment, one of the most demanding tests of the human spirit is taking place along the valleys, coastlines and mountains of France. The Tour de France is arguably the world's most demanding athletic contest. For 21 days and more than 2,000 miles, some 200 riders pedal it out to wear the coveted yellow jersey through the Arc de Triomphe on the final day.
One of the things that intrigues me about this race is that it serves as a microcosm of life itself. Of particular relevance here are its parallels to business, especially marketing and client relations.
