    ALTHOUGH ANOTHER tax season is looming, construction and manufacturing companies this year may actually have something to look forward to.

    Dan Cassidy, a tax expert who focuses on real estate and manufacturing clients for the accounting firm Clark Nuber of Bellevue, said a new federal tax deduction could mean savings for the construction industry.
