New additions to its Portland office also include Brian Magnussen, Scott Barton and Debbie Damron.
Moon joined Sienna as project architect on the mixed-use team. He most recently was a project architect at Van Lom, in hospitality design. His experience also includes industrial, clean-room design, R&D, flex/office and mixed-use.
Quackenbush has 25 years experience. He is responsible for Sienna's management and drawing production standards. He has expertise in code compliance evaluation applications, risk management, construction documents, consultant coordination and construction administration.
Spiker joined Sienna's Seattle office as project manager and brings more than 20 years of experience in architecture, project planning, construction management and expertise in mixed-use, institutional projects and urban design. He is incoming chair of the Seattle Design Commission.
Magnussen joined Sienna Architecture's Portland office in July as an intern for the retail team. Barton returned to Sienna Architecture Co. after a two-year hiatus, and is a project manager in the retail group. Damron has joined as an executive assistant.

Dennis Grovenburg has joined HBB as a project designer. Grovenburg has 25 years experience on a variety of projects including K-12, college, laboratory, health care, high-rise, airport, recreational, food service, institutional and retail facilities. At HBB he is involved with the design of three elementary schools, plus the Gateway Middle School in Everett and the expansion of the municipal building in Yakima.
Theresa A. Briscoe, Leslie M. Coughran and Janet F. Jacobs joined the Seattle office of Stoel Rives, a Portland-based business law firm. Briscoe joined the firm's Labor and Employment practice group, Coughran joined the Employee Benefits practice group and Jacobs joined the Corporate practice group.
Global Imaging Systems, a Tampa, Fla.-based office imaging solutions company, named Brian Landgren president of the Northwest Group. Landgren is the former executive vice president of the company. The Northwest Group, a core company of Global, is based in Woodinville.
Cowlitz Bank, a subsidiary of Cowlitz Bancorporation, will close Bay Mortgage Bellevue and Bay Mortgage Seattle. This is a result of Cowlitz's strategy to realign its Bay Mortgage division in order to increase its commercial banking business.
