Andy Lakha landed a substantial gain by selling a 53,000-square-foot Quadrant Willows office building one year after buying it.
The key to Lakha's 37 percent gain: He bought the new structure empty and then signed AT&T Wireless to a long-term lease when rents were at their peak.
