Real Estate Buzz: Stowe wants $24M for Sumner site

Trucking company owner and contractor Bryan Stowe has begun actively selling 180 acres along Highway 167 in Sumner at a hefty asking price of about $24 million.
Stowe hired Insignia Kidder Mathews brokers John Jewett and Matt Wood to locate buyers, and they've had the property on the market for at least a couple of months.
