The trust for the Frye Art Museum bought the four-building Seattle Commerce Center in West Seattle's Delridge area to reinvest nearly $9 million gained from a recent sale of industrial property in the Duwamish corridor to King County Metro.
The Frye paid a partnership called Mike Lee LP $8.875 million for the Seattle Commerce Center at 2414 S.W. Andover St. Seattle-based investor Mike McKernan said Mike Lee LP consists of him and Lee Garr of Chicago.
