Real Estate Buzz: Zoning brings senior housing to Bothell

Beverly Hills, Calif.,-based Barclay's Realty & Management Co. has purchased for $25 million Foundation House at Bothell, a 120-unit senior housing complex built in a special zone designed to encourage retirement developments.
The seller and developer of the property is Foundation Partners LLC, an investor group formed by Roger Collins, CEO of Sierra Construction Co. of Woodinville.
