Real Estate Buzz: At Mack Urban's Velo it's all about bikes

Mack Urban's newest apartment project — Velo — is designed to be a bicyclist's dream.
The complex is at 3635 Woodland Park Ave. N., close to the Burke Gilman Trail, so bike commuters who live there have easy access to other parts of Seattle. And the design team focused on bikes in everything from how the units are laid out to the placement of parking and even artwork on the walls.
