Is the Street of Dreams only for rich people who have the luxury of relocating to an upscale neighborhood? I don't think so for a variety of reasons. The fact that 80,000 to 100,000 people a year attend the Street of Dreams means that just about everyone who takes the stroll likes to browse and dream. After all, when the prices start at $645,000 and top out at $749,000, making an offer on the "street" is limited to about 1 percent of the population.
