Wells Fargo is donating $13,350 to the Seattle school district through a program to support public schools. Throughout the state, Wells Fargo is donating $70,810 to 47 school districts. San Francisco-headquartered Wells Fargo & Co. is a diversified financial services company with $420 billion in asset. It provides banking, insurance, investments, mortgage and consumer finance services.

Cascade Partners, an investment real estate brokerage, has launched CP Builder Services, which will focus on brokering land for townhome and infill projects, as well as residential tracts under 50 units. Cascade Partners founders Michael and James Rooney started the division to provide builders and developers in Seattle with land acquisition services. The idea is to enable buyers and developers to concentrate on current jobs while CP Builder Services locates land for future projects.
Cushman & Wakefield of Washington has hired Lori Anderson as assistant property manager. She will be on-site manager of Corporate Campus East III in Bellevue. Also, the company won the assignment to manage and lease Pendleton Flour Mills, a 12-acre property in West Seattle that King County owns.
Fountain Courte, a 36-unit apartment in Tacoma, has sold for $2.18 million. Judith King of Windsor, Calif., bought it from Allen Morris of Tacoma. Robin Hays of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale.
Experts will discuss the industrial, office, investment and retail markets at CREW Seattle's Sept. 9 lunch meeting at the Washington Athletic Club, 1325 Sixth Ave., Seattle. Panelists are Wilma Warshak of Colliers International, Sue Baugh of The Staubach Co., Lori Hill of Pacific Real Estate Partners and Susie Detmer of CB Richard Ellis. Members of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties will take a look at the revitalization of Bremerton Sept. 16 at the new Kitsap Conference Center at Bremerton Harborside. U.S. Rep. Norm Dicks, Bremerton Mayor Cary Bozeman, PJ Santos of Opus Northwest and Walt Niehoff of LMN Architects will speak. EvergreenBank signed a lease with Vulcan for a 1,732-square-foot branch at the Seattle Biomedical Research Institute building at 307 Westlake Ave. The South Lake Union location is set to open in October. Evergreen is a wholly owned subsidiary of EvergreenBancorp and operates in Seattle, Lynnwood, Bellevue and Federal Way.
Taco Del Mar's Arizona master developer and former Circle K senior executive David Moore purchased three La Salsa stores. The acquisition is part of Taco Del Mar's plans to expand in Phoenix, Glendale and Scottsdale. Stores are set to open Aug. 24 and Sept. 2. Colin Jones sold the La Salsa stores to Moore, who has signed 18 franchisees in the past four months to operate 20 stores. Dennis Younes of Landmark TCN is representing Moore in tenant lease negotiations. Seattle-based Taco Del Mar has nearly 100 stores throughout the western United States and British Columbia.
