There is little time for celebration after a successful project has been completed. Project managers are loaded up with multiple assignments, and the treadmill of work does not stop.
What if a project went south? The blame game can point to the client, contractors, the team or just bad luck. Few project managers will admit fault, and if they do it is usually paired with a finger being pointed elsewhere.
