Seattle-based NetReflector named Lee Andrews chief financial officer. Andrews is a partner in the Seattle office of the professional services firm Tatum Partners, where she works on interim management and strategic planning. NetReflector provides customer satisfaction measuring solutions for global corporations. It also has offices in Newbury, U.K., and Moscow.
City Club of Tacoma has elected new officers and directors for 2004-2005: President Margi Legowik, President-Elect Sean Eagan, Secretary Bob Mack, Treasurer Joe Quaintance and past president Jim Reardon. New board members are Julie Anderson, Len Ganduglia, Michael McGavock and Nina Rook. City Club of Tacoma is a nonprofit that provides a forum for issues affecting the South Sound community.
Confluence Media recently opened a store at 409 N. Mission St. in Wenatchee. The company provides audio, video and multimedia studio services. Owner Bruce Hemingway operated Audio Duplication Plus for 10 years in the Portland metro area before relocating to the Wenatchee Valley. Hemingway has also worked with audio visual companies in San Francisco, Seattle and Spokane.
Matt Tonkin, president of the Renton-based Taco Time Northwest, has opened a retail store selling commercial-grade china and glassware to the public. Plates & More has more than 10,000 pieces in stock in its downtown Bellevue store at 217 106th Ave. N.E. Tonkin operates more than 70 restaurants in Washington.

Accounting firm Clothier & Head will move its offices from Fourth Avenue to the Rainier Tower at 1301 Fifth Ave., Suite 2800, in Seattle. The firm specializes in tax planning, business valuation and auditing services.
Brian Pitcher will be chancellor for Washington State University Spokane starting in January 2005. Pitcher was provost at the University of Idaho for seven years, where he was also a professor of sociology. Pitcher replaces Nicholas Lovrich, director of the division of governmental studies and services at WSU, who was interim chancellor. Lovrich had succeeded Rom Markin. Construction of the 106,000-square-foot Spokane Academic Center building is underway, with completion scheduled for fall 2006. WSU says it also plans to build a new nursing education building at WSU Spokane.
Fairbanks, Alaska-based Interior Community Health Center won a $150,000 grant from the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation. The nonprofit serves 84,000 people in the Fairbanks North Star and Denali Boroughs in Alaska and will use the grant to buy technology such as an electronic health records system. The Paul G. Allen Family Foundation gives between 150 and 325 grants a year that total between $20 million and $50 million.

The Native American section of the National Legal Aid & Defender Association recognized John Sledd for his contributions to advancing Native American rights. Sledd is a senior lawyer in the Native American unit of Northwest Justice Project and has 22 years of experience serving Indian Country and low-income tribal members. He led a successful effort to include testing of Indian law knowledge on the state bar exam.
The Northwest chapter of American Master Mariners named Matt Nichols "Maritime Man of the Year." Nichols is the chief executive officer of Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, located on Whidbey Island. The company is working on two catamarans, including one that will be the largest and fastest built in the Nichols yards.
Seattle's Marion St. Design promoted Nancy Mitsui Frederick to senior designer. Mitsui Frederick has more than 10 years of experience in advertising, sales and marketing. Marion St. Design works with startups, small companies and large corporations.
