    Bringing efficiency and communication to daily working environments in all stages of construction and all kinds of weather is a dream that drives -- or perhaps lures -- JobOffice president Kent Howard. His Redmond-based company is about to launch a wireless, on-site software program this summer that he believes will apply technology tools to project management challenges on a scale that will eventually change dramatically how the nation’s construction industry functions.
