“Look who just flew in! How’s it going, Ralph?” (In case you forgot, Ralph’s the guardian angel that popped in unexpectedly in an article a few weeks back. He looks after several professional service firms. As you may recall, he’s on a crusade about the importance of building trust and asked if he could contribute some of his divine wisdom occasionally in my column. Of course, who can turn down a guardian angel?)
