Henderson serves up a Skillet in the Chloe Apartments

    Josh Henderson is accustomed to having people watch while he cooks. Henderson, who has made a name on the food cart scene by serving Seattle customers out of an aging Airstream trailer, is transitioning to a less-mobile but still highly visible cooking venue.
