Real Estate Buzz: AG selling big Kent warehouse
Associated Grocers has put a 371,000-square-foot warehouse up for sale in Kent, but so far has done so quietly, such as by not formally listing it.
The property, at 7890 S. 188th St., occupies 18.95 acres. King County assessors gave it an assessed value of $11.5 million.
