Everett Mall's new manager, Ohio-based Madison Marquette Realty Services, will evaluate how to put some zip into the 673,000-square-foot property starting in January.
"We're going to figure out what to redevelop and what to remodel," said mall general manager Linda Johannes. "I anticipate they (Madison Marquette) are going to do quite a bit. I don't know if they'll make it bigger, but they'll definitely make it better. We desperately need re-tenanting and a fresh look."
