Just remember, Federal Way is the Palo Alto of the Northwest.
That line has such a ring to it. Walt Smith, a principal in the apartment management firm HSC Real Estate, recalled it during a December speech at a real estate forecast event. A broker hoping to sell a property in Federal Way had described Federal Way that way.
