Unico Properties applied to separate the lots occupied by Skyline Tower office skyscraper in downtown Bellevue and the adjacent 400 Building, Bellevue planning records indicate.
A Unico official described the move as taking care of paperwork during a slow time, in advance of someday replacing the 400 Building with a new office structure.
