The stillness in the depths of the huge hole that is the stalled Bellevue Technology Tower skyscraper site in downtown Bellevue could give way soon.
Washington Capital executive Cory Carlson says he hopes construction will start in a month on finishing out two floors of the parking garage at the bottom of the eight-story-deep pit at Northeast Fourth Street and 108th Avenue Northeast.
