John Underwood and Craig Johnson continue selling off portions of their freshly built, 400,000-square-foot Issaquah shopping center north of Interstate 90 called East Lake Sammamish Center.
In the latest deal, a paratnership led by brothers Ed and Mark Roberts from Issaquah paid Johnson Underwood Properties LLC $5.6 million for the new Walgreens store structure in the project.
