The business has grown rapidly since Honolulu-based Belt Collins established an office in Seattle three years ago, and revenues are up approximately $200,000 since last year. The firm has 280 staff members in 12 offices throughout the United States and the Pacific Rim. New projects include The Lagoons in Florida, a nine acre pool complex; the Hilton Hawaiian, with a large swim-through aquarium; Hualalai Resort Complex on the island of Hawaii; and resort site planning and design in Greece and the Bahamas. Belt Collins also designed Jung Bei Newtown in China, near the planned Three Gorges Dam.
