Real Estate Buzz: Renton wants downtown condos

Several apartment developers have followed pioneer Don Dally into downtown Renton over the past year, bringing the total of built or proposed units there to 457.
Now the city -- as aggressive as any in the area at promoting redevelopment -- says it wants condos downtown, too.
