    I awoke from a nap to find a woman on the floor. I was on a flight from Copenhagen to Seattle, and she had been occupying the seat next to me.

    Now, she was examining the carpet on all fours. What was she doing, I wondered? I asked her if I could help. She said that she had lost the chip from her digital camera.
