Real Estate Buzz: Pinnacle starts its first military housing
The military housing effort put together by Seattlites John Goodman and Stan Harrelson has hit paydirt.
Goodman and Harrelson own and operate Pinnacle Realty Management Co., one of the largest apartment management companies in the country. Three years ago they put together Gateway Development Group, a partnership of Pinnacle and former military advisors Dan Lund and Peter Zadoretzky of Annapolis. Gateway's mission: to angle for a portion of the lucrative work of rebuilding inadequate military housing throughout the country.
