Real Estate Buzz: Avalon seeks OK for Safeway
Avalon Bay Communities has designed its proposed downtown Bellevue Safeway/apartment complex as a long mid-rise with a center courtyard, buildable in two phases.
The project would mix brick, glass and metal on its main facade along Bellevue Way, southeast of Bellevue Square, according to drawings Avalon recently submitted in applying for the project's main Bellevue development permit, called its design review permit.
