Real Estate Buzz: Bentall eyes vacancies from the Summit
Bentall Corp. can still ramp down and build just one of the three phases of its massive downtown Bellevue office complex called The Summit if the market doesn't pick up, said executive Gary Carpenter.
Back when the market was steaming -- say last fall -- Bentall talked about putting up at least the first two phases, if not all three, which would total 777,000 square feet.
