Real Estate Buzz: Lowe Enterprises ties up AG plant
The buzz down in Kent this week had Lowe Enterprises tying up Associated Grocers' 371,000-square-foot warehouse for more than $12 million.
The property is at 7890 S. 188th St. on 18.95 acres. AG plans to move activities from there into its huge warehouse and headquarters at the south end of Boeing Field, to tighten its belt.
