Real Estate Buzz: Loman mothballs Renton building
Add Richard Loman's 125,000-square-foot downtown Renton office building proposal to the cedar chest, the one holding mothballed projects.
Loman's Oakhurst Development Corp. notified the city of Renton that it's backing away from plans to build the structure at South Second Street and Bronson Way.
