Real Estate Buzz -- Broderick: Drugstore bails out of lease
The Broderick Group sparked this week's biggest Buzz by putting in writing that Drugstore.com has negotiated out of its 140,000-square-foot Lincoln Square lease.
If the online pharmacy is gone, that leaves the downtown Bellevue mega-project's office tower without a signed tenant just as its developers try to close a huge construction loan.
