Opus buys site next to Supermall
Opus Northwest paid AutoNation USA $4.15 million for an undeveloped site next to the Supermall of the Great Northwest in Auburn on which Opus plans to build 314,000 square feet of "service warehouse."
"It's probably one of the best sites left on the (Highway) 167 corridor," said Opus General Manager Tom Parsons. "We hope to be under construction on the first phase by summer."
