What a buzzsaw Cosmos Development has run into in Tacoma.
The Bellevue-based developer has worked the past couple of years putting together a proposal to build 1 million square feet of suburban-style, large-floor-plate offices, in phases, on the west parking lot of the Tacoma Dome. Cosmos wants to leave its options open to possibly weave in some housing. The planned Le May auto museum would go next door.
