Former Spieker Properties Northwest development executive Richard Leider has brought in a Nordstrom manager, a daughter of R.J. Hallisey and another former Spiekerite to fill out the staff at his new Trinity Real Estate.
Leider left Spieker last year, as did others, after Equity Office Properties Trust of Chicago bought the California-based REIT. Leider initially surfaced as manager of development on Lincoln Square, the massive complex under construction in downtown Bellevue, on a consulting contract for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Now he's got Trinity in place as his consulting and development company, based in Bellevue.
