The Seattle apartment investment group of S-J Management LLC signed a contract to buy another of California investor Alan Fox's 10 Seattle-area apartment projects, confirmed S-J principal Michael Sauter.
S-J, previously named Jones & Murphy, plans to close on the 182-unit Club at Bitter Lake in North Seattle for $15.5 million, or $85,165 per unit.
