Fixing an old anomaly, Weyerhaeuser Co. shifted ownership of two large master-planned communities from one subsidiary, Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Co., to another, Quadrant Corp.
Quadrant's activities already include developing two newer master-planned communities: Redmond Ridge and Trilogy, located near each other on the east side of Redmond. Now Quadrant also owns and manages Snoqualmie Ridge and Northwest Landing.
