Real Estate Buzz: Lenora Square may sprout wings
Greg Smith is keeping an eye on Paul Allen's South Lake Union activity, particularly the Allen-Don Milliken plan to replace the Quinton Instruments building with a couple condo towers, an office tower, retail and parking.
Smith, a principal of Seattle-based Martin Smith Inc., said he's working up plans of his own to develop as many as three structures next to, and playing off of, the Allen-Milliken Quinton proposal.
