Southern California apartment ownership syndicator Allan Boerneris ready to build up a Seattle-area portfolio.
Boerner's Irvine-based Granite Investment scored its first buy, paying Nevins/Adams $24.25 million for the Madison Fairwood in Renton's Petrovitzky Road area, and broker Tim Ufkes described that as "the first of many purchases up here" for Boerner.
