A foundation that supports Seattle Pacific University bought the former Howard S. Wright Construction office building in Seattle's Cascade neighborhood from a New York insurance company for $13.8 million.
The Seattle Pacific University Foundation bought the 72,000-square-foot structure at 425 Pontius Ave. N. from Guardian Life Insurance Co., King County property records show. The foundation made the deal under the name of SP Real Estate Fund 2 LLC.
