Real Estate Buzz -- Potter: 'Lake City's time has come'
Children's Hospital sold two properties on Lake City Way in Seattle to a Jim Potter partnership for $6 million, King County property records show.
The hospital will continue leasing administrative office space in a 50,000-square-foot office building on one of the parcels for between two and eight years and then move into a new structure the hospital is developing on Sand Point Way, said Potter, a Seattle apartment developer and investor.
