Growth management didn't hold up all that well at the National Association of Real Estate Editors annual conference last week in Utah, especially when pitted against the nationwide shortage of affordable housing.
Henry Cisneros, the Democratic former secretary of Housing and Urban Development, didn't champion anything in his keynote speech but increasing affordable housing, never mind all other considerations.
